You will be fully responsible for any utility bills for the accommodation.
We do allow dual occupancy subject to some conditions.
For example, we will allow a couple to share a one bedroom property and this will not affect the rental price.
Our properties do not include a TV. This is something you will need to provide.
More than likely yes, even if you use catch up services via a laptop you will be required to have a TV licence.

Yes we have a range of undercover and open parking spaces, these are on a first come first serve basis.
Unfortunately we do not have lift access, but we do have specially adapted ground floor flats with wider door openings for anyone requiring wheelchair access.
Yes, this is usually £100 on top of the rental amount.
